Aidan F. Browne holds his law degrees in Ireland and the United States. He is a partner and serves as director of business development for Sullivan & Worcester LLP. Mr. Browne has more than 20 years of experience as a corporate and commercial real estate attorney in Europe and as a foreign legal consultant in the United States. He concentrates in foreign direct investment matters providing business, agency and project development services in the United States, Europe and most recently the People’s Republic of China. Prior to rejoining Sullivan & Worcester, Mr. Browne was most recently a Senior Legal Advisor in Mintz Levin’s International Advisory Group. Mr. Browne has assisted more than 100 Irish companies, including banks, investors, venture capital, service and technology companies, now located in the United States, in several areas. These services include raising capital, business development, market development and assistance with corporate partnerships or joint venture opportunities. He has also assisted several U.S. and Canadian companies on public procurement projects in Ireland. Mr. Browne also continues on as the United States representative Partner of A&L Goodbody, Ireland’s largest law firm with offices in London and Dublin. Mr. Browne heads Goodbody’s U.S. Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) work with U.S. corporations as those companies enter Ireland.

John P. Cahill

John’s practice concentrates
on energy, environmental and corporate matters. Prior to joining Chadbourne, he served as New York Governor George Pataki’s Secretary and Chief of Staff from 2002 through 2006. In May 2005, Mr. Cahill took on the additional role of leading
and coordinating the rebuilding of the World Trade Center site and the recovery of Lower Manhattan. From 1995 to 2001, he was the general counsel and then
commissioner of the state’s Department of Environmental Conservation. Mr. Cahill was also a partner in the law firm of Plunkett & Jaffe, where he focused on
environmental and municipal issues.
Mr. Cahill has been recognized by numerous organizations for his public service. In
November 2005, he was honored by the Historic Hudson Valley as the recipient of
the Hero Award for his extensive work in preserving the historic heritage of the
Hudson Valley. He was the recipient of the 2004 Ellis Island Medal of Honor, which
is presented to U.S. citizens for their outstanding contributions to America. In 1999,
the Adirondack Council presented him with the Conservationist of the Year Award
for his conservation efforts in the Adirondack Park. Additionally, the National
Audubon society presented Mr. Cahill with its William B. Hoyt award for his
statewide conservation efforts.
Mr. Cahill is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Environmental Law
Section), the Independent Judicial Election Qualification Commission (Second
Department) and the New York State Temporary Commission of nvestigation. He
also serves on the board of the World Trade Center Memorial Foundation.

John S. Daly

John is co-head of the Industrial and
Natural Resources (INR) Financing Group and head of the INR sector in
Equity Capital Markets in New York. He returned to New York in his current role in
2003 after three years in Hong Kong as cohead
of Capital Markets, Asia Ex-Japan.
Previously, John had responsibility for energy and power transactions in the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Group in New York.
Prior to that, he worked for four years in the Corporate Finance Group within the
Investment Banking Division. John joined the firm in 1989 in Global Finance, having been a summer associate the previous year. He was named managing director in 1998 and partner in 2000. Prior to joining the firm, John was a manufacturing engineer with General

The Eithne and Paddy Fitzpatrick Memorial Foundation has been in existence for 16 years, and has generated over $1.6 million for charities that include the Barretstown Gang Camp, the Corrymeela Reconciliation Centre, and PeacePlayers International. In 2008, John was recognized for his contributions to the peace process in Northern Ireland by being invested with an honorary OBE by the British Government.
In his spare time, John is an avid aviator, flying both helicopters and airplanes. In fact, in 2003 he was asked to join the Board of Directors of Omega Aerial Refueling Services. He also enjoys water sports, snowboarding, skiing and golf.

Gary Hanley

Gary has over twelve years experience in the ICT industry in the US. He has held positions of leadership in software development, IT, sales and marketing for companies such as Sun Microsystems, GTE (now Verizon) and EMC.
Specifically, he has managed global development projects while at Sun and GTE, as part of Baltimore Technology's entry into the US market he was responsible for managing IT and then advanced to managing strategic account relationships with companies such as Wells Fargo, Cigna and ABN Amro. Most recently he was responsible for developing and implementing EMC's Go-To-Market strategy in the US and EMEA.

Declan is a Main Board Director of the American Ireland Fund, a non profit
organization dedicated to investing in community and peace building initiatives on the
island of Ireland. He is a Director of Glucksman Ireland House at New York University and is the Chairman of the U.S. Foundation Board of the National University of Ireland,
Galway, from which he graduated with an honors BA degree in 1989 studying English Literature and Law. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of New Mountain

Kieran McLoughlin is President of The American Ireland Fund. Residing in New York, he is focusing on developing major gifts across the Funds' Global Network. David O’Sullivan

David O'Sullivan is a native of Dublin, Ireland and is a former financial journalist and former Marketing Director in the U.S. for Ireland’s Industrial Development Agency. A resident of New York since 1977, he provides management consulting counsel to industrial and commercial clients. He is also retained as the Executive Director of the Ireland-U.S. Council, a non-profit business organization through which he has maintained strong connections to Ireland. Mr. Sharkey has held management positions with the General Electric Company, Litton Industries, and the ROLM Corporation.
In 1986, Mr. Sharkey joined MCI Communications Corporation. He assisted in creating and implementing the Corporate Accounts division, later expanding it into the Multi-National division.............the company grew revenues from $2 billion to $39 billion over the next thirteen years, and Mr. Sharkey retired in 2000 upon the completion of the MCI and WorldCom merger. Brian W. Stack

Dublin born, Brian Stack was educated at O’Connell Schools in Dublin and later graduated from Salford College in Salford, England (College of Marketing).
Brian commenced his career at Aer Lingus, where he held various positions including Sales Manager, North of England and South of England.
Moving back to Ireland, Brian joined the Convention Bureau of Ireland. In 1977 moved to New York with the Irish Tourist Board as East Coast Manager.
In 1984, Brian was appointed Vice President, Sales and Marketing for the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Florida and in 1990 joined CIE Tours International as President and CEO – North America.
In 2007, Brian was appointed Managing Director of CIE Tours International and is now responsible for the global market for CIE Tours.
Brian served as President of the Society of Incentive Travel Executives (SITE) and is currently an immediate Past-Chairman of the United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA).
Brian is Vice President of the Ireland-US Council for Commerce and Industry. Married to Anne-Marie with two grown children, Annalise and Jonathan and two granddaughters, Brian lives in Rye, New York and enjoys many hobbies including the occasional game of golf.
